These terms govern your use of businessconsultant.tech (the "Site"), operated by Cogar Consulting. By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information on the Site

The Site describes our fractional CMO and marketing coaching services. It is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. Results described on the Site are not a promise of the results your business will see.

Prices and engagements

Prices on the Site are starting points. The actual scope, fees and terms of any engagement are set out in a written proposal and agreement signed by both parties. If anything on the Site conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement controls. Submitting the contact form or booking a discovery call does not create a client relationship or any obligation for either side.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false or automated form entries, trying to interfere with its operation or security, or copying its content for commercial use without permission. Automated agents may read the Site as described in llms.txt and agents.json.

Intellectual property

The text, design, logos and photographs on the Site belong to Cogar Consulting or are used with permission. Company logos shown on the Site belong to their owners and identify organizations Josh Cogar has worked with; they do not imply endorsement.

Links to other sites

The Site links to services such as TidyCal for scheduling. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Cogar Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its "Last updated" date, is the one that applies.
