Joshua Cogar is a fractional CMO and marketing team development leader who helps growing businesses build the marketing strategy, systems, and people they need to scale without the cost of a full-time executive.

With more than 25 years of experience spanning enterprise brands and high-growth startups, Josh brings a rare combination of strategic depth and hands-on fluency. He has worked with companies including Carnival Cruise Lines, Nike, Intel, and Doc Martens, and was part of the founding team that launched Fathom Travel from concept to market in under 90 days, generating 40 billion media impressions in the first year. He knows what good marketing looks like at scale, and he knows how to build it inside a business that is still figuring things out.

Josh works with a limited number of clients at a time, either stepping into the CMO seat part-time or coaching the marketing team already in place. The goal in both cases is the same: a coordinated marketing function that runs independently, makes smart decisions, and drives sustainable growth.

Josh lives in Las Vegas, NV with his wife Joy and can usually be found outside when he is not working, preferably on the water or on the golf course.
